A coffee, sandwich, cocktail, and wine bar on Devonshire Road. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. (Dinner, Wed-Sat.)
Chief Coffee
On three floors in an iconic building on Turnham Green Terrace Mews. A ground floor specialty coffee shop, a basement pinball arcade, and a first floor Japanese gaming arcade that draws people from all over the country.
Elder Press Café
Contemporary designed café on two levels with an attractive courtyard garden. On South Black Lion Lane, and a stone’s throw from the river.
Ma Ma Boutique Bakery
At 30 Chiswick High Road. It is unique locally because everything is gluten free, so catering for a GF diet, as well as for everyone else. Everything is freshly baked on the premises, every day.
Mari Deli & Dining
An individualistic, family run authentic Italian deli and café. Indoor and outdoor seating. Seconds from the Thames, at the end of the beautiful Chiswick Mall. It is at 1a Eyot Gardens.
Parle Pantry
With Middle Eastern roots this café has a menu that is entirely plant-based: salads soups and pastries.
Post Room Café
Popular café with a well liked owner, exhibiting local artists’ work. With a working post box in the off-street courtyard garden.
Rhythm & Brews
Award-winning and popular vinyl café at the western end of Turnham Green, with good food.
Sam’s Kitchen
Open for breakfast, lunch, and occasional dinners. Part of a local chain with other venues in Hammersmith and Brentford.
Tamp Coffee
At the northern end of Devonshire Road, serving Argentinian and Spanish snacks, in addition to the ubiquitous pastries and smashed avocado. No deli offering.
The Italians
Bakery and café at 454 Chiswick High Road. Reassuringly popular with the local Italian community. With a deli, a couple of doors along.
Urban Pantry
A very popular award winning café on Devonshire Road, noted for its brunch menu. You may need to queue for a few minutes at the weekend.
W6 Garden Centre Café
Within the garden centre and built into the arches under the tube line with lots of outdoor seating as well.
